Band teacher Jared Henderson and orchestra teacher Elissa Leventhal congratulate the following students who were chosen by the Westchester County School Music Association’s board to perform on the region’s Area All-State stage. Kalyan Ganesan, Emma Iamiceli and Brook Volpicella were selected for the Area All-State Band and Alex Bond and Ty Stanford were selected for the Area All-State Orchestra.
Their achievements represent the culmination of countless hours of practice, commitment and musical growth. “Each of these students has demonstrated exceptional talent along with the perseverance and passion it takes to become an outstanding musician,” the music educators explain. “We are so proud of their continued dedication and the example they set for their peers.”
